3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SHIELDING (IP)

4. SOVEREIGN LIABILITY LIMITATION
The user acknowledges that SingularityOS provides high-performance tools for decision-making. Final decision sovereignty is exclusively human. The LLC's liability is limited to 100% of the fees paid by the client in the current billing period.
