Under **Track 1: Build**, we engineered a fully autonomous, HIPAA-aligned, net-new cognitive entity leveraging the Google Cloud Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our agent fuses a real-time multimodal audio-to-audio live pipeline with secure, local, and autonomous clinical tools.
Medical interpretation cannot tolerate approximations. Under intense pressure, human medical interpreters experience cognitive fatigue, raising translation error rates exponentially.
Traditional automated voice bots rely on slow, fragmented text-matching pipelines (Speech-to-Text → LLM Translation → Text-to-Speech), introducing intolerable latency gaps and failing to maintain real-time clinical context.

Bypasses the slow cascade STT-LLM-TTS. Harnesses the native, direct audio-to-audio streaming pipeline of Gemini 3.1 Flash Live Preview to achieve sub-second medical interpretation (under 200ms) with ambient noise filtration and speaker profiling.
Built from scratch under Track 1 using the Google Cloud Agent Development Kit (ADK). This orchestrator functions as a cognitive twin that controls translation session flows and delegates tasks asynchronously to medical tools.
Integrates secure tools using the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). This lets the agent securely interact with external patient systems, EHR structures, and clinical safety databases without violating compliance.
